Submissions should be 320 X 240 to 1920 X 1080, 24 – 30 frames per second, and 5 – 60 seconds long. Beginning in mid-February, Fotolia will begin licensing broadcast-quality footage, in a variety of digital formats, including HD video, for as little as $10.
